CEREN: Hello,Ms Konaklı.Thank you for having us in your office.

SCHOOL MANAGER: You're welcome. I’m happy to have you here.

CEREN: Here is my first question... Why did you become a physical education teacher?

SCHOOL MANAGER : I couldn’t get into the universty that I wanted. One day, I attended a training with a friend and I loved it so much and I decided to become physical education teacher.

CEREN: Why did you move from being a teacher to school manager ?

SCHOOL MANAGER: I was working as a vice manager. I realized that I needed to be a manager.

CEREN: Are you happy with your job?

SCHOOL MANAGER: Yes, I love my job.

CEREN: If you could choose a different job, what would it be?

SCHOOL MANAGER: Electrical engineer.

CEREN: Are there any projects you want to do at school?

SCHOOL MANAGER: I want an active school. I want to gain international succes in robotics systems.

CEREN: What school did you attend ?

SCHOOL MANAGER: Sarıçam Primary School, Cumhuriyet Secondary School, Atatatürk High School and Çukurova University.

CEREN: What type of student were you?

SCHOOL MANAGER: Naughty and hardworking.

CEREN: Is there anyone you see as an idol?

SCHOOL MANAGER: I take as as an example of the people who are hardworking and good at their job.

CEREN: Are you the person who learn by trying something in life?

SCHOOL MANAGER: I learn by trying and experiencing and observing .

CEREN: Is there a turning point in your life?

SCHOOL MANAGER: Entering university and giving birth to my daughter.

CEREN: What makes you angry the most?

SCHOOL MANAGER: Can’t catching time.

SCHOOL MANAGER: Conscientious, fast paced, hardworking, business lover and disciplined.

CEREN: What’s the craziest thing you have ever done?

SCHOOL MANAGER: To have a child.

CEREN: How do you spend time with your family?

SCHOOL MANAGER: Fighting, sharing, loving and showing my love.

CEREN: How do you spend your weekends?

SCHOOL MANAGER: I do sports, cleaning, spending time with my family.
